Role Overview
You will be at the heart of our value player relationships, ensuring they receive a premium, tailored experience. Your mission: enhance loyalty, boost engagement, and drive business growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a first mindset, and a proactive approach. You will work closely with multiple departments to guarantee seamless service delivery and the ongoing success of our VIP program.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with value players, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Engage VIP clients via email, phone, and chat to keep them informed of exclusive offers and promotions.
- Provide white-glove service, ensuring VIP players receive priority support and quick issue resolution.
- Develop retention strategies, offering tailored promotions and incentives to maximize player satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver personalized campaigns for VIP players.
- Analyze key performance metrics related to VIP satisfaction, retention, and revenue contribution.
- Liaise with finance & compliance teams to ensure smooth and compliant handling of VIP transactions.
- Monitor player behavior to anticipate needs, mitigate risks, and continuously improve the VIP experience.
