Our brand portfolio includes rapidly growing health & wellness and lifestyle brands sold on Amazon, Direct to Consumer channels, and through national retailers like Target, CVS, and Walmart.

We were established after the acquisition of Heyday by BRANDED, which was originally founded in September 2020 by Pierre Poignant, Ben Kaminski and Alexis Lanternier. Heyday was founded in August 2020 by Sebastian Rymarz and Adam Gerchen.

About the Role

As a Brand Manager at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc, you will own a portfolio of brands and be in charge of growing and bringing them to the next level. You will manage the e-commerce activity for your brands, define their brand positioning and identity, improve products, implement product portfolio extension and new product launches, and optimize content & design.

You will analyze market trends and customer needs, and define product evolution and range extension priorities. You will also analyze key performance indicators on your portfolio and propose strategies to troubleshoot problems. Your success will be based on your intimate knowledge of the brands and products you manage, your ability to identify opportunities and build products that customers love, and your capacity to implement actions and deliver concrete results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce brand management or E-commerce marketing
  • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make recommendations
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment / high ambition environment
  • High level of organization, impeccable attention to detail, capacity to proactively solve complex problems
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content, come up with creative ideas, and think outside the box
  • Positive attitude, reliable, transparent and enjoy working in an international environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, digital Marketing or a related field
