We are looking for a highly skilled Distributor Business Development Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work with a leading beverage company and develop their career in sales and distribution.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our relationships with key distributors and wholesalers, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and support to drive growth and increase Red Bull's market share. This role requires strong analytical, planning, and financial skills, as well as effective communication and negotiation abilities.

You will be working closely with our internal sales teams, including DP Managers and On Premise Managers, to align sales goals and execute strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing market data to identify opportunities and developing expertise on product competition and distributor activity.

Requirements
  • Relevant experience in FMCG business with a focus on sales and distribution
  • Strong analytical, planning, and financial skills
  • Effective negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Bachelor Degree in relevant field (Business, Management, Commercial)
