We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Support Team for a world-renowned delivery company.

As a Technical Support Expert, you will have the unique opportunity to play a critical role in providing top-notch assistance to our customers and troubleshooting delivery issues.
You will be working with a global community of customer experience experts who are curious, driven, lifelong learners committed to some of the world's most beloved brands.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support and resolving technical challenges
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve user experiences
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of our products and services
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native or fluent proficiency in English (B2+)
- Intermediate skills in one of the Nordic languages
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- A positive attitude and ability to handle stressful situations
- Active listening skills and strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers
- Resourceful and creative problem-solving skills
