About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Technical Support Expert to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve customer experience by actively listening to their concerns and providing timely solutions;
  • Work closely with clients and their employees to identify problems and provide advice on the solution;
  • Recreate, troubleshoot, and independently investigate reported issues;
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify errors and report bugs via internal helpdesk;
  • Maintain mastery over support channels, including Ventrata Chat, Slack, and Helpdesk;
  • Support client onboarding and uploading data to our systems;
  • Assist internal teams with tasks beyond the job description;
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A strong analytical mind and problem-solving attitude;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • B2 English language proficiency (mandatory);
  • Spanish/Italian/French/German/Portuguese language skills (a huge plus);
  • The ability to effectively describe and document issues;
  • Attention to detail;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
