Introduction:
Bloom, Sword Health's innovative digital pelvic health solution for women, seeks a strategic and analytical professional to drive enrollments across US Clients, key employers, and health plans. This Growth Marketing Associate will support the Bloom Marketing team in executing high-volume marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, webinars, and other channels, analyzing performance, and refining strategies to achieve audacious growth goals. Ideal candidates are data-savvy self-starters who thrive in fast-paced environments, utilizing tools like Google Sheets and Looker to inform marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute impactful enrollment marketing campaigns across channels to boost member enrollments for Bloom
• Execute enrollment testing strategy to enhance enrollment conversion rates, measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate
• Analyze performance of key marketing channels and campaigns, including website/landing pages, email, direct mail, and webinars, to monitor trends and uncover conversion opportunities
• Report weekly on Key Performance Indicators for marketing campaigns and channels
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Design, Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing, Data, Customer Success, Bloom Clinical, and Operations teams
• Ensure flawless campaign execution, adhering to Sword Health's rigorous standards

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in growth marketing, focusing on email customer acquisition in a B2C or B2B2C high-growth start-up environment (or consulting/agency experience)
2. Excellent English communication skills and willingness to work flexible hours to support US-based teammates
3. Proficiency in analytical tools, including Looker and Google Sheets; Mixpanel experience highly valued
4. Strategic mindset combined with exceptional execution skills and positive attitude
5. Creative and analytical thinking, using data to identify new opportunities and drive Bloom enrollments
6. Data-driven approach, leveraging insights to inform and optimize campaigns
7. Knowledge of email acquisition and digital marketing best practices
8. Highly motivated to learn new platforms and technologies to execute dynamic marketing programs
9. Extremely proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
11. Track record of producing high-volume marketing campaigns and thriving in a fast-growing environment
12. Deep passion for solving problems and improving women's health
