**Job Description:**

Sales Interns at Oddsgate are responsible for supporting the sales team in developing commercial strategies to attract new clients. They collaborate with the team on market research and identifying new business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the sales team in developing commercial strategies to attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with the team on market research and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Join client meetings, helping to build strong and lasting relationships.
  • Help track leads and support clients, ensuring excellent service throughout the sales process.
  • Contribute to improving sales strategies and identifying opportunities to optimize processes.

**Requirements:**

  • Recently graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of Sales Strategies, Negotiation, and Customer Service.
  • Ambition: A strong passion for learning and developing in sales, focusing on achieving results and professional growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Proficiency in English is an additional advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, proactiveness, organization, and a team-oriented mindset.
