Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our Global Administration team in Lisbon. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our consultants, function leaders, and external vendors across the globe.

About the Role

You will work closely with your team of assistants onsite in Lisbon, collaborating on tasks with international reach. Your strong organizational and problem-solving skills will enable you to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel logistics, and providing administrative support to managers and partners. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to build meaningful relationships with colleagues, clients, and external vendors.

Requirements
  • C1 level proficiency in English and Greek (CEFR or equivalent)
  • Strong email and calendaring skills
  • Solid knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications; Outlook proficiency preferred
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
