About the Opportunity

GHOSTPUNCH GAMES is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Learning & Development Intern.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in learning management systems, instructional design, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

The Learning & Development Intern will support the Learning & Development Specialist in designing, updating, and implementing training programs across the organization.

This role involves assisting with content creation and update, coordinating training sessions, and tracking employee development initiatives.

  • Assist in the development, organization, and updating of training materials and resources.
  • Support the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
  • Help maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Track and analyze training effectiveness through surveys and feedback collection.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify learning needs and opportunities.
  • Conduct research on best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required.
  • Preferably pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Human Resource, and Education.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 is an advantage.
