About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Front Office Supervisor to lead our front desk team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, training and developing team members, and ensuring seamless guest services.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the front desk to ensure smooth and efficient service
  2. Train and mentor front office staff to uphold high customer service standards
  3. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
  4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a front office role within the hotel industry
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite
