Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Train and mentor front office staff to uphold high customer service standards
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years experience in a front office role within the hotel industry
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite
