Job Overview
- This Recruitment Officer role plays a critical part in achieving BNP Paribas' Recruitment strategy and growth for Portugal by identifying and securing top talent.
- You will be responsible for delivering effective Recruitment services to the Group's Business Areas at local level while maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
- Actively contribute to Recruitment & Talent Sourcing initiatives to meet objectives of attracting, hiring, and retaining high-quality talent, building a robust pipeline of candidates, and driving continuous improvement.
- Source and attract candidates through multiple channels, including job postings, sourcing tools, and partnerships with approved Recruitment agencies.
- Establish strong connections with candidates throughout the assessment and selection process.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in Recruitment tools to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Evaluate candidates through interviews and other assessment methods.
- Foster collaborative relationships with Hiring Managers throughout the Recruitment process, providing strategic guidance and support.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Recruitment or HR roles.
- Understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using Application Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and leverage professional networks.
