Elevator Emergency Response

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as an Elevator Emergency Response specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for passengers trapped in elevators, handling maintenance alarms, and providing unique solutions to problems.

About the Role:

  • Manage incoming client contacts and escalations with compassion and proactivity, prioritizing their needs and providing real-world solutions in crisis scenarios.
  • Handle trapped people in elevators, ensuring their release, coordinating with technicians for repairs, and communicating with local authorities when necessary.
  • Process service request tickets within specified delivery times, providing administrative support to certify client details and update stakeholder databases.
  • Manage client requests via phone, alarm monitoring & ticketing tool, and email.

Requirements:

  • Languages: Fluent Norwegian (mandatory), Basic English (B1) for internal team communication.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role in a multinational environment.
  • Basic IT literacy and adaptability to working alongside local stakeholders' time zones and calendars.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
