We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive our product strategy and delivery. As part of a small but growing team, you'll work alongside the Head of Product to continuously build our market-leading product.

This is a senior-level position that requires a strategic thinker who can own the delivery of a domain within our product roadmap. You'll think critically about increasing product value, monitor market trends, and conduct competitor analysis. Your goal will be to make data-driven decisions to propel our product forward.

• You will own the delivery of a domain within the product roadmap;
• Think strategically and identify ways to boost product value;
• Conduct market and competitor analysis;
• Collaborate with Customer Success to understand client needs;
• Be the agile advocate, working with the development team to refine the product cycle;
• Drive discovery sessions with design teams;
• Participate in refinement and planning sessions with stakeholders;
• Ensure timely delivery of product roadmap items;
• Measure product success through qualitative and quantitative research.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience as a mid-to-senior-level Product Manager driving product strategy;
• A solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban);
• A collaborative approach and ability to build consensus;
• The capacity to break down strategic ideas into actionable roadmaps;
• Leadership skills in data-driven decision-making;
• Experience running experiments and testing products;
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Metabase, Mixpanel);
• Knowledge of key software – Notion, Jira, Figma;
• English fluency;
• Excellent communication and influencing skills;
• A passion for continuous improvement;
• Background in the Healthcare industry or SaaS is advantageous.

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on your level of experience, location, and other factors. We offer competitive compensation packages that align with industry standards.
