We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Operations Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare operations and be highly autonomous, excelling in data-driven decision-making.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse and plan strategies to balance demand and supply of healthcare services.
• Monitor operational performance to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial reports to guide senior management's decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Produce detailed reports on operational activities and performance metrics.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an analyst, controller, or management role.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your location and experience.
