About the Role:

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 per year, with the possibility of a 14-salary package, including an extra bonus depending on performance appraisal. Our benefits include healthcare benefits and numerous other discounts, as well as relocation cost support for candidates outside Greece.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and approving or rejecting content submissions (comments, videos, images, or posts) to ensure high-quality user interactions.
  • Monitoring user interactions and taking action against violations (issuing warnings or bans) to maintain a safe online environment.
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure consistent moderation policies and exceptional customer service.
  • Understanding client policies and guidelines to provide accurate and efficient moderation services.

Requirements:

  • EU passport for employment purposes.
  • Native or near-native Italian language proficiency (C1-C2 level).
  • Very good command of English language (B2 level).
  • Good MS Office skills to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening to resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
