Key Responsibilities- Coordinates with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolution of procurement-related issues.
- Issues and manages purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in terms of product specifications, pricing, and procurement delivery timelines.
- Supports the negotiation and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions and facilitating renewals or modifications as needed.
- Monitors supplier performance against established metrics such as supplier delivery times, quality standards, and cost compliance, providing regular feedback.
- Cross-functional Collaboration Works closely with other departments, such as Finance and Quality Assurance, to align procurement strategies with broader organizational goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
- 2+ years of experience as a Category Manager in the Procurement area.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- English and Portuguese language proficiency (mandatory).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
