AP Supervisor

This AP Supervisor opportunity is now available in UAE with Michael Page International (UAE). As a key member of the finance team, you will oversee the entire accounts payable function, ensuring smooth processing and timely payments.

• Review and approve invoices and payment requests for accuracy and authorisation.
• Ensure that payments are processed in accordance with the company's payment terms and cash flow requirements.
• Monitor vendor reconciliation statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Oversee vendor master file updates to ensure that all vendor information is accurate and up-to-date.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of five years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proficiency in accounting software, specifically Oracle Fusion/Cloud.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and standards, especially related to accounts payable.
• Knowledge of local and international tax laws and regulations, especially related to accounts payable.
