Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring knowledge specific to our business, namely in operations management, planning, and processes. You will develop tasks relating to operations planning, support the implementation of control and optimization mechanisms, and analyze the impact of decisions on planning. Additionally, you will participate in projects to develop and implement procedures to improve and optimize processes in the area of operations planning.

Key Skills:
To excel in this position, you will need to possess excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and teamwork, communication, organizational, analytical, and results-oriented skills are essential. A degree in Management, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent is necessary, as well as a strong interest in operations and process management, quality analysis, and process optimization.
