Commercial Excellence Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Excellence Expert to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

As a Commercial Excellence Expert, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share for our Home Cleaning and Toilet categories in Portugal.

You will work closely with our commercial teams to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives that meet business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Translate regional category strategy into local plans by channel and customer.
  • Identify shopper insights and translate them into actionable plans to win at the point of sale.
  • Build and manage annual equity and pricing budgets.
  • Develop promotional strategies to drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Business school master's degree or equivalent university degree.
  • Early experience in Trade/Customer Marketing, Category Management, or Sales.
  • Fluent in English (both written and oral).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly PowerPoint and Excel.
