At LifeScan we believe our talented and passionate team is what makes us special. Position SummaryCommercial Excellence Senior Analyst, Iberia We're seeking an experience Commercial Excellence Senior Analyst to join our team supporting Spain and Portugal.
We offer flexibility in work location, prioritising finding the right candidate whether you prefer office-based or remote work.
While we'd prefer candidates based in Portugal, we're open to considering applicants from other European locations, such as the Czech Republic.
About the role: As the primary liaison for country commercial management, you'll lead Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Sales Operations initiatives.
Your role involves developing and conducting analyses, integrating data from various sources, and uncovering key market insights.
Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will include: Develop deep insights into the needs of patients, customers, markets and local business operationsIdentify business needs, opportunities for business and profit growth, reduction of inefficiencies and cost of doing businessPropose, align and implement comprehensive analytical solutions (using Excel, CRM platforms, Tableau reporting tools, databases, external data sources and research, etc...) to generate insights and learnings supporting business decision makingLeverage collected insights to drive meaningful innovations, strategies and new ways of doing businessLead country-level Business / Strategic Plan analytics, business modeling and planning, source of volume modelingReview, verify, update HCP and pharmacies segmentations and targeting strategy / plans, sales territory designs.
Deploy go-to-market and targeting changes to the Sales team.
Define, track and monitor SFE KPIsProvide analytical inputs into S&OP processes, demand planning, liaises with S&OP teamBuild external relationships and partnerships with outsourced support & data providers (such as IQVIA, HMR, other research suppliers) as well as other functions / organizations within Lifescan (such as Sales, Finance, Global BI etc.
).Deliver support to Lifescan CRM platform (Salesforce.com), closely partnering with Sales Operations team / center of excellence, providing timely and effective support to end users particularly training of local users for enhancements and innovationsKey Experience RequirementsRequired skills: Success in this role requires strong business leadership and strategic analysis skills, with a proven track record of impacting business strategies and results.
Due to the collaborations within this role, you must be fluent in English.
Additional Requirements include:
Proven abilities to integrate and interpret data from different sources to generate deep business insights.
Strong presentation skills.Experience in independent management of external data / analytics providersProficient in MS Office Product Suite, Salesforce / CRM platforms, and advanced analytics platforms (Tableau, etc.
)Internal influence and collaboration skills with Country Leaders, MFT, Global BI, IT etc.
to support markets on technical aspects, analytics, researchDemonstrated enterprise mindset, with ability to influence and collaborate in a global, matrix environment to achieve business objectivesStrong customer and external environment orientation, with track record in building effective relationships with customers and other external stakeholdersAbility to build mutually beneficial networks and partnerships with key business partnersWe pride ourselves in creating a fantastic team environment that allows everyone to grow and develop.
