Join Our Team as Senior Commercial Leader

We're seeking an experienced commercial leader to join our team in Portugal. As Head of Commercial, you will be responsible for managing Sales, the Big Chains and Long Tail team, and bringing revenue to Glovo through Advertisements.

  • Define and implement a long-term commercial strategy for Portugal.
  • You will be ultimately responsible for bringing the best content to our app by defining a local sales strategy: building a qualitative partner pipeline with the help of the sales team leader, optimizing commercial conditions, and dimensioning the sales team.
  • Create long-term relationships with the Big Chains' main POCs in order to be their preferred partner in delivery.
  • Work closely with your direct team, helping and guiding them during difficult negotiations to close important deals with the Big chains and Top accounts.
  • Work closely with the Growth Marketing team in order to execute the most impactful promotional campaigns together with our Big Chains.
