**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for International Travel Destinations.
As a key member of our travel industry team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to travelers, travel managers, and travel coordinators, ensuring a seamless and efficient travel experience.
You will greet and converse with clients' customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, turning customer inquiries into sales using appropriate selling techniques to meet revenue and close rate goals.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German;
- Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2);
- High School Diploma or higher (preferred);
- Excellent communication skills and social intelligence – empathy, self-awareness, cultural sensitivity;
- Previous call center experience in sales and/or customer service capacity;
- Strong web-based navigation skills;
- Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt continuously.
