Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from 950€ to 1500€ gross/month depending on project and relocation package. In addition to your monthly salary, you can expect various benefits including help with paperwork, accommodation, flight/travel tickets, health insurance, language lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company.
Job Description
As a Sales or Customer Service Representative, you will support clients' activities by offering world-class service to their customers while working on projects of top prestigious and worldwide brands. Your responsibilities and impact will be:
- Supporting clients' activities by offering world-class service to their customers
- Answering project-related queries from customers
- Identifying issues and providing solutions
- Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
- Recording data in the CRM system
- Providing ad-hoc support
- Being a team player and participating in the success of the team and project
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native level of Dutch and at least a B2 level of English
- Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create
- A high school degree
- Being an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people
- Having a drive for excellence and professionalism
- Being a real team player and committed to your work
- Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
