Job Description:
CX.IO is seeking a highly skilled Retention Marketing Expert to join our team. As a key member of the retention department, you will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing multi-channel communication campaigns.

About the Role:
This is a pre-mid-level marketing position that requires minimal experience, but with a strong willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced fintech environment.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of email marketing, push notifications, and marketing automation tools, as well as excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
You will be responsible for setting up, launching, and maintaining email, push notifications, in-app messages, and website notifications, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in setting up and executing email, push notifications, in-app messages, and on-site notifications.
• Work with marketing automation platforms (Customer.Io, SendGrid, Mailchimp, Stripo, etc.) to build and schedule campaigns.
• Create and edit email templates, ensuring proper formatting, responsiveness, and personalization.
• Support user segmentation and audience targeting for various campaigns.
• Run A/B tests and analyze performance to optimize engagement.
• Track campaign metrics (CTR, Open Rate, Conversion Rate, etc.) and generate reports for the Retention Manager.

Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing (or strong willingness to learn).
• Basic knowledge of email marketing, push notifications, and marketing automation tools.
• Understanding segmentation, personalization, and user engagement strategies is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with a desire to learn performance tracking and reporting.
• Basic HTML/CSS skills for email template editing (preferred but not required).
• English proficiency at B1+ level for communication and content creation.
