CEX.IO is looking for a Retention Marketing Specialist to support the Retention Manager in executing and optimizing multi-channel communication campaigns.
This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing automation, user engagement, and data-driven retention strategies.
You will be responsible for setting up, launching, and maintaining email, push notifications, in-app messages, and website notifications, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of campaigns. You will also assist in campaign analytics, segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting, helping to improve engagement and retention.
This is a pre-mid-level marketing position, and we are open to candidates with minimal experience who are eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced fintech environment.
Responsibilities: Assist in setting up and executing email, push notifications, in-app messages, and on-site notifications. Work with marketing automation platforms (Customer.io, SendGrid, Mailchimp, Stripo, etc.) to build and schedule campaigns. Create and edit email templates, ensuring proper formatting, responsiveness, and personalization. Support user segmentation and audience targeting for various campaigns. Run A/B tests and analyze performance to optimize engagement. Track campaign metrics (CTR, Open Rate, Conversion Rate, etc.) and generate reports for the Retention Manager. Help monitor and improve user engagement and retention strategies. Collaborate with the product, design, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals. Requirements: 1+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing (or strong willingness to learn). Basic knowledge of email marketing, push notifications, and marketing automation tools. Understanding segmentation, personalization, and user engagement strategies is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to execute multiple campaigns simultaneously. Analytical mindset with a desire to learn performance tracking and reporting. Basic HTML/CSS skills for email template editing (preferred but not required). English proficiency at B1+ level for communication and content creation.
