We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Retention Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the subscription renewal process, ensuring contract retention, and customer satisfaction. You will partner with Customer Success Managers to execute success strategies that drive software adoption and business value.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in renewals, account management, or customer success, with experience working in a technology or SaaS company. You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively via phone, email, and web meetings.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer and renewal data in Salesforce, tracking renewal pipeline, forecasts, and key customer contacts. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, including Sales Operations, Account Executives, Legal, and Engineering.
