**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Subscription Growth Manager to join our Customer Success team.

This role will focus on driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and improving customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, marketing, or customer success, with experience in subscription-based businesses or recurring revenue models.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to identify opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and plan upgrades.
  • Manage retention and expansion campaigns to prevent attrition and improve customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in subscription-based businesses or recurring revenue models is a plus.
