Customer Retention Strategist

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Retention Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the subscription renewal process for assigned customers, ensuring high retention rates and maximizing contract value.
The ideal candidate has experience in renewals, account management, or customer success and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Customer Success, Sales, and Operations, to drive customer adoption and mitigate churn risks.
