About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with our strategic customers and drive their business success. As a Customer Experience Strategist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
You'll work closely with our customers to understand their business priorities and develop strategies to help them achieve their goals. This includes identifying opportunities to increase deployment and adoption velocity of Microsoft investments, orchestrating delivery resources to facilitate value realization, and helping customers realize the value of their Microsoft investments.
