Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive retention, engagement, and advocacy throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Design and lead campaigns targeting critical customer milestones (e.g., renewals, upsell opportunities), ensuring measurable impact on retention and revenue.
  • Manage customer advocacy initiatives by project managing the creation of impactful case studies, success stories, and other gated content to enhance lead nurture flows, support Sales and Customer Success teams, enhance customer marketing programs, and build brand loyalty.

Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in customer marketing or similar role, strong understanding of customer marketing principles, including lifecycle management, retention strategies, and customer advocacy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels across multiple teams. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools for executing campaigns, proficiency in email and in-app messaging strategies for customer engagement, fluency in English.
