This role requires a highly motivated individual with over 3 years of CRM, retention, or email marketing experience, ideally in B2C companies. Proficiency in CRM platforms like Braze, Hubspot, Iterable, or MoEngage, and adeptness at creating workflows and troubleshooting automation are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Planning: Contribute to the development and refinement of our CRM strategy, focusing on increasing activation, engagement, and retention while preventing churn.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize one-off and recurring campaigns, including copywriting, design briefing, implementation, and performance reporting.
  • Lifecycle Optimization: Map and improve the lifecycle journey, enhancing triggers, targeting, and content for different user segments.
  • Automation & Workflows: Design and implement automated workflows and triggers to elevate the customer experience using a data-driven approach.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with data analysts to test, learn, and iterate on campaigns, and work with product managers to launch features that drive KPIs.
  • Segmentation & Personalization: Identify opportunities to segment audiences and personalize content based on user behaviors and preferences.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously refine and automate email, push notifications, and IAM communication to ensure timely, relevant, and engaging messaging.

We're looking for someone with a deep understanding of CRM platforms, proficiency in creating workflows, and experience with automation. Strong analytical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities are also essential.
