About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support clients in resolving technical issues related to data analytics and reporting.

  3. Maintain a high level of knowledge on industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical support, technical consulting, or information technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server Analysis Services, and database management systems.
