The Offer
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team at Snaphunt. This role will involve providing technical support to customers using our paid products, including Premium, Music, Super Chat, and Channel Memberships.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate complex problems to senior support teams as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with client policies and guidelines to ensure accurate support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account and settings issues.
The Profile
- You are fluent in English and have a native-level proficiency in German.
- At least 12 months of customer support experience within a contact center.
- Knowledge of BPO KPIs, including C-SAT, NPS, and SLAs.
