We are seeking an experienced customer service professional with native or near-native Dutch and excellent English skills to join our team at Boardroom Appointments in Lisbon, Portugal.

Job Description

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional support via various channels. Your key tasks will include:

  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers, ensuring their satisfaction is consistently met.
  • Communicating effectively with customers through multiple channels, including email, phone, and chat.
  • Processing customer orders and requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions to inform future support efforts.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Providing valuable feedback on the effectiveness of our customer service processes.

Additionally, you may have opportunities to lead a team of junior customer service representatives and contribute to the development of our customer service strategy.

About the Role

What We Offer
