As a Compensation Specialist in our Global Business Services department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR community and relevant stakeholders regarding Benefits and more complex HR Compensation topics.
">Job Description
">The successful candidate will be responsible for:
">- ">
- Performing general and more complex administration of HR Services tools, programs, and processes on a global level.">
- Direct support to Team Lead in HR Compensation topics (HR requests, dispatching, auditing, improvements, problem solving).">
- Providing professional advice, expertise and service excellence for the HR community and relevant stakeholders regarding Benefits and more complex HR Compensation topics.">
- Providing consistent information to employees on HR Compensation topics and regarding Collective Remuneration Agreement and the Bargaining agreement for Germany, ensuring correct execution of laws and regulations regarding the CRA.">
- Performing the monthly calculation and maintenance of tenure brackets, regarding the rules presented in the Collective Remuneration Agreement.">
- Support calculation and ensure the correct execution of rules regarding the annual Payout for the Short-Term Incentive payout.">
- Responsible for Primary file creation regarding the Short-Term Incentive payout.">
- Handling the creation and distribution of bonus letters for Short-Term Incentive payout.">
- Being a contact person with Employees and Rewards for follow-up tasks after the Short-Term Incentive payout.">
- Handling calculation and ensure the correct execution of rules regarding the monthly Retail Bonus DACH.">
- Support and perform consulting to Employees regarding the Long-Term Incentive and Stock Purchase Plan Information on vendors' platforms.">
- Handling Long-Term Incentive and Stock Purchase Plan information on Vendor platform.">
- Being a contact person with our Long-Term Incentive and Stock Purchase Plan Vendor.">
- Timely executing HR Compensation related general and complex tasks according to defined processes, timetables, and service levels in compliance with applicable policies (local, regional, or global) and work agreements.">
- Preparing data and system audits and execute accordingly.">
- Coordinating the implementation and monitoring of defined internal controls.">
- Contributing to continuous improvement of HR Compensation procedures, processes, and respective documentation incl. mapped processes and knowledge base articles.">
- Ensuring correct execution of laws and regulations with regards to specific employee master data and organizational data according to defined procedures.">
- Providing input for communication of standards, procedures and processes to employees and internal customers.">
- Participating regularly in workshops and meetings held by subject matter experts.">
- Preparing training material and carry out trainings on HR Compensation topics.">
- Acting as a role model in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations as well as adidas' Fair Play Code of Conduct and other internal policies and company agreements.">
- Key Relationships: HR Rewards, HR Services teams, HR Experts, HR Partners, GBS Finance and Controlling, External authorities, consultants, and suppliers">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you should have:
">- ">
- A University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or similar.">
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a multi-national environment, preferably within HR Rewards/Compensations.">
- A very good command of English.">
- A strong knowledge of MS-Office applications (Advanced Excel).">
- Full qualification/trained in job, deep knowledge in HR Shared Service set-up.">
