About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Specialist to join our Global HR Services team at adidas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert compensation management services and support to our employees.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in compensation management principles, rules, and practices. You will be responsible for performing general and complex administration of HR Services tools, programs, and processes on a global level. This includes direct support to Team Lead in HR Compensation topics, providing professional advice, expertise, and service excellence for the HR community and relevant stakeholders, and ensuring correct execution of laws and regulations regarding the CRA.

You will also be responsible for performing the monthly calculation and maintenance of tenure brackets, supporting calculation and ensuring the correct execution of rules regarding the annual Payout for the Short-Term Incentive payout, and handling the creation and distribution of bonus letters for Short-Term Incentive payout. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing consistent information to employees on HR Compensation topics and ensuring correct execution of laws and regulations with regards to specific employee master data and organizational data.

Other responsibilities include preparing data and system audits, executing accordingly, coordinating the implementation and monitoring of defined internal controls, contributing to continuous improvement of HR Compensation procedures, processes, and respective documentation, and acting as a role model in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations as well as adidas' Fair Play Code of Conduct and other internal policies and company agreements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or similar. You should also have 2+ years relevant working experience in a multi-national environment, preferably within HR Rewards/Compensations. Strong knowledge of MS-Office applications (Advanced Excel) is required, as well as a very good command of English.

Apart from technical skills, we are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in order of importance. Excellent communication and customer focus skills are essential, as well as an international mindset and experience as part of a geographically and culturally diverse team.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension plan, and generous paid time off.
