We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our HR Services team at Adidas. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert support in compensation management, ensuring compliance with local and global regulations, and driving business excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Perform complex administration of HR Services tools, programs, and processes on a global level.
- Direct support to Team Lead in HR Compensation topics, including requests, dispatching, auditing, improvements, and problem-solving.
- Act as a contact person and provide professional advice, expertise, and service excellence for the HR community and relevant stakeholders regarding Benefits and complex HR Compensation topics.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant working experience in a multi-national environment, preferably within HR Rewards/Compensations.
- Excellent knowledge of compensation management principles, rules, and practices.
- Technical knowledge of vendor platforms for stocks.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving work style.
- Excellent communication and customer focus skills.
- International mindset and experience working in a geographically and culturally diverse team.
We offer a competitive salary range of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you can expect a range of benefits, including:
