Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Global Benefits Services team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our HR community and stakeholders on benefits and compensation-related topics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional advice and expertise on benefits and compensation-related topics to the HR community and stakeholders.
  • Support the Team Lead in HR Benefits topics, including HR requests, dispatching, auditing, improvements, and problem-solving.
  • Be a contact person for the HR community and stakeholders on benefits and compensation-related topics.
  • Provide consistent information to employees on HR benefits topics.
  • Handle benefits processes related to Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, and Switzerland, including birth cards, baby gifts, commuting reimbursements, sports allowance, and other benefits.
  • Maintain system-wide consistency through SAP.
  • Handle standard inquiries and support through ticket service or via phone.
  • Timely execute assigned tasks and issues according to defined processes, timetables, and service levels in compliance with tariff and works agreements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR Services procedures, processes, and systems and respective documentation.
  • Provide input for the creation of user manuals and process mappings.
  • Provide input for the communication of standards, procedures, and processes to employees and internal customers.
  • Participate in workshops and meetings held by subject matter experts within HR Services.
