Key Responsibilities:- Perform general administrative tasks within the HR Services team to ensure smooth operation of defined processes, tools, and programs on a European and global level.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the HR community and relevant stakeholders regarding HR Services issues.
- Maintain accurate records through SAP, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations.
- Handle inquiries and provide support through ticket services or phone calls, addressing employee concerns promptly and professionally.
- Timely execute assigned tasks and issues according to defined processes, timetables, and service levels, ensuring adherence to tariff and works agreements.
- Contribute to the digitalization of HR Services, exploring innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Administer procurement, invoicing, and financial processes, including recharging as required, to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
- Support the preparation of data and system audits, executing tasks accordingly to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide consistent information to employees on HR Services topics, adhering to established processes and knowledge databases.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve HR Services procedures, processes, and systems, documenting changes and updates.
- Ensure correct execution of laws and regulations related to employee master data and organizational data, following defined procedures.
- Recommend modifications to systems and processes to ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
- Develop user manuals and process mappings, providing input for effective communication of standards, procedures, and processes to employees and internal customers.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong affinity for business computing solutions and excellent analytical skills. The ideal candidate should possess a good understanding of legal and tariff regulations, as well as a customer-focused approach.
Education and Experience:- University degree or commercial education
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a multi-national environment, preferably within HR
- Proficient command of English and German languages
- Experience with business computing solutions and SAP HR
- Familiarity with MS-Office applications
The estimated salary for this position is around €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
