Company Overview

At our client, a leading multinational company in the Technology sector, we are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our dynamic Shared Service Centre structure. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with senior management and develop impactful HR strategies that drive business growth.

About the Role

As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in providing guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational design. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, offering insights and coaching on HR best practices, and work closely with legal teams to manage risk and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Talent Management

You will identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs, participate in the evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs, and lead and manage the annual performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.

HR Policy & Compliance

Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations, partnering with legal and regulatory teams to manage risk, and updating and developing HR policies in line with changes in legislation. You will also manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, working closely with legal as required.

Compensation & Benefits

You will provide guidance on compensation strategies and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures, manage employee benefits programs, and advise employees on benefits-related issues.

Recruitment & Selection

As a key member of our team, you will partner with hiring managers to define job roles and requirements, oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, and utilise a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract high-quality candidates.

Perfil ideal

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with at least 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in business partnering or management. Your proficiency in HRIS systems, such as SAP Success Factors, and your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders will be essential in this role.
