Our client, a leading multinational services company, is seeking an experienced Strategic HR System Implementer to join their Shared Service Centre. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and managing the Core HR data model and processes, ensuring alignment with the overall project plan during both development and run phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the Core HR data model and processes
  • Organize and execute the testing strategy related to Core HR activities
  • Produce KPIs and maintain Dashboards for the Core HR scope
  • Identify and mitigate roadblocks, analyze risks, and help solve issues for stream completion
  • Communicate with HR business process owners and the integrator team

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in HRIS Core HR or HRIS project at a global level
  • Experience in HRIS implementation projects (build and/or run), ideally in a global environment
  • Certifications in Project Management such as PMP are a plus
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, C&B, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
