Your Key Responsibilities- System Administration: You will deliver Workday day-to-day support, including hands-on configuration of simple business processes, reporting, mass data processing, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Partnership and Collaboration: You will partner with internal stakeholders to understand pain points, and support the implementation of identified opportunities to improve Workday processes.
- Customization and Development: You will support the configuration, testing, and documentation of system enhancements and customizations.
- Data Management: You will contribute to maintaining data quality standards within the Workday system.
- User Support: You will provide Workday day-to-day support to users, troubleshoot issues, and assist them in maximizing the system's potential.
- Reporting and Analytics: You will maintain and update reports and dashboards to meet evolving data and reporting needs.
- Change Management: You will support change management initiatives related to Workday enhancements and updates.
We are seeking an individual with 1-2 years of professional experience in HR Cloud Systems support from a functional point of view. A University Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a similar field is required. Strong IT skills and knowledge of HRIS, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office are essential.
What We OfferOur company offers a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, plus benefits, including a minimum of 3 days a week in the office and no travel requirements.
