About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional with at least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably with 2-3 years in a business partner or management role. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a trusted advisor to senior management, developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
- Collaborate with senior management to identify training needs and develop employee development plans
- Lead and manage the annual performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
- Partner with legal and regulatory teams to manage risk and ensure HR practices comply with employment laws
- Manage employee benefits programs and advise employees on benefits-related issues
- Recruit and select top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably with 2-3 years in a business partner or management role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- High level experience in Talent Acquisition Activities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex situations
What We Offer:
