About the RoleWe're seeking a seasoned Strategic Alliance Partner to join our team. This high-impact role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with key consulting and brokerage firms. Your expertise will play a crucial role in educating industry consultants about our innovative digital MSK therapy solutions, driving sales opportunities and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in the consulting/brokerage community, ensuring a deep understanding of our solutions and capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to ensure our priorities align with market influencer insights and messaging strategies.
- Educate consultants on our digital MSK therapy solutions through various communication channels, including response to leads, direct outbound contact, social media, face-to-face/web demonstrations, and email campaigns.
- Document, map, and cultivate key contacts and offices within each firm, articulating Sword's differentiators and value proposition.
- 3+ years of experience interfacing with major benefits consulting firms.
- Strong sales and prospecting skills, with a proven track record of creating new and perpetuating existing relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in rapport building, business development, and pipeline generation.
A stimulating, fast-paced environment with room for creativity. A competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
