Strategic Partnerships Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Development Manager to drive the acquisition and management of new tech partners, significantly impacting our GTM motion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a robust pipeline of potential partners, accelerating integration and documenting partner pipeline status in CRM.
- Maintain relationships with existing partners, identify opportunities for collaboration, monitor engagement metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in partnership management, preferably international, may suffice. Proven track record in onboarding new partners, persistence, and sales-oriented mindset is essential.
Working HoursThis role operates from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
Job RequirementsWe estimate the salary for this position to be around ₹8,50,000 - ₹10,20,000 per annum, considering factors like location, industry standards, and required skills.
The successful candidate will have a strong ability to lead cross-functional projects, communicate effectively, and work creatively under pressure.
