What You'll Be DoingThis role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Strategic Partnership Development Manager. You will be instrumental in managing and enhancing our relationships within the consulting and brokerage community. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving Sword's relationships with key contacts in the consulting/brokerage community to foster strong preference and comprehensive understanding of our solutions and capabilities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams at Sword to ensure priorities align with market influencer insights and maintain consistent messaging strategy
- Partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure seamless consistency across various touch-points and assist RVPs in sourcing early-stage opportunities associated with owned accounts
You will also be responsible for educating consultants on our digital MSK therapy solution through various communication channels, including response to leads, direct outbound contact, social media, face-to-face/web demonstrations, lunch & learns, and email campaigns. Additionally, you will document, map, and cultivate key contacts and offices within each firm, articulate Sword differentiators and value proposition, and maximize the value of Sword participation in various firm-specific vendor management initiatives.
As a member of our team, you will facilitate periodic top-to-top meetings to discuss trends, successes, and opportunities to grow together, as well as coordinate Sword participation in events sponsored by the consulting firms that further our mutual business opportunities. You will build a pipeline of qualified opportunities for designated markets, provide regular, accurate forecasts, and update lead status using Salesforce.com. Finally, you will manage our Alliance Team's Salesforce.com database for your specific firms.
