As a Global Partnership Development Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and increasing leads, as well as contacting current and new prospects. You will need to effectively explain and negotiate affiliate programs and build strong relationships with our partners.

You will be an enthusiastic and positive person who possesses knowledge of social insights tools and understands the importance of brand management. A graduate degree compatible with this role and a keen interest in sports and people are also essential. Your experience in commercial roles and knowledge of the French market, particularly in terms of fitness trends and influencers, will be valuable assets in this position.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Fostering partnerships with affiliates and other stakeholders
  • Developing and executing strategies to increase lead generation and conversion rates
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Fluency in French
  • Strong project management and partnership building skills
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • An enthusiastic and optimistic outlook on life

We offer a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a dynamic work environment that values teamwork, innovation, and continuous learning.
