We are seeking a highly skilled Expansion Strategist to drive our commercial partnerships forward. With a strong focus on national and international expansion, this role presents an exciting opportunity for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage commercial partnerships through prospecting, acquisition, implementation, internal coordination, and monitoring of commercial flows;
  • Align and coordinate partnerships for international expansion, focusing on Portugal, Brazil, the United States, and other key markets;
  • Represent the company at national and international events, showcasing our brand and expertise;
  • Support sales and marketing communication strategies in collaboration with the product and marketing teams.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • A competitive salary range of approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience;
  • 3 additional vacation days, with the possibility of up to 7 extra days through home time;

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in partnership development and management;
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances;
  • Fluency in English (required) and proficiency in Portuguese or Brazilian Portuguese (desired).
