**The Role**

We seek a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Strategic Partnership Development Specialist. This role will play a pivotal part in managing leads, establishing connections with current and new prospects, and fostering exceptional partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement effective strategies for lead management and partnership growth

• Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners and clients

• Communicate and negotiate affiliate programs to drive business success

**Requirements**

We are looking for an individual with a graduate degree, preferably in a field related to sports or marketing. Proficiency in social insights tools, brand management, and engagement development is essential. Fluency in Portuguese and German is required, with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

**What We Offer**

A competitive salary, estimated at €35,000 - €50,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will be based in Maia (Porto), with opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and innovative organization.
