Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management to design and execute HR strategies that drive business growth.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, offering insights and coaching on HR best practices.
  • Talent Management:
    • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
    • Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs; follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.
    • Lead and manage the annual performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
    • Assist managers in creating performance improvement plans and provide support in addressing performance-related issues.
  • HR Policy & Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
    • Partner with legal and regulatory teams to manage risk and ensure HR practices comply with employment laws.
    • Update and develop HR policies in line with changes in legislation.
    • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, working closely with legal as required.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Provide guidance on compensation strategies and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.
    • Manage employee benefits programs and advise employees on benefits-related issues.
  • Recruitment & Selection:
    • Partner with hiring managers to define job roles and requirements, ensuring job descriptions are accurate and reflect the needs of the business.
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, to ensure a seamless and efficient candidate experience.
    • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
